This is a proposal for a low cost roof of a basket ball court for CODERI, a special education children's school in a San Juan Suburb, will consist on a exposed concrete slab lapped with pyramidal GRC (glass reinforced concrete) forms that will allow different gradations of natural light, in to the court. The organic form of the roof tries to balance the orthogonal shapes of the existing court. Convex wall cavities were created in order to accommodate some existing trees on the site. |
