This house had been designed to be built entirely prefabricated elements and to have the ability to function exclusively on sustainable technology. The green roof (a rain water collector for domestic consumption) will have a photovoltaic panel array as well as some prominent skylights that will help to suction air from the interior assuring continuous ventilation. The entrance, in a blocked façade, contrasts with the openness of the elevation that contains an uninterrupted arrangement of balconies oriented towards the views.
